Stephanie and Shashank included some traditional Hindu elements in their American ceremony at the Burgundy Basin Banquet and Wedding Center.  I stepped aside for that portion of the ceremony to be led by the groom’s uncle in Sanskrit and English. It worked out beautifully!

Snehapriya and Carmen inserted the Ameri
can portion of their ceremony into a Hindu ceremony at Shadow Lake.

A wonderful Hindu priest conducted the majority of the 3 hour ceremony.  Several beautiful rituals worshipped gods and goddesses and bestowed the couple with many blessings.

Highlights of the ceremony are shown in these amazing photos (above) by Scott Slattery Photography.

The Hindu priest  stepped aside for me to conduct the exchange of vows and rings, readings, a translation of "Our Father" directly from the Aramaic into English and the
pronouncement of marriage. I very much enjoyed co-officiating!
